On this page, we will inform you about the costs, payment methods and framework conditions for using arcato as a provider.

1. Free use for seekers

The use of arcato is completely free of charge for searchers (customers). You can create search profiles, receive matches and get in touch with providers via the platform without any fees.

2. Subscription for providers

For retailers and luthiers who want to work with Arcato, it is mandatory to take out a paid subscription. Without an active subscription, no ads can be posted and no platform functions for providers can be used.

arcato offers two subscription models for providers:

• arcato start (monthly): 99,00€ excl. tax per month, cancellable monthly.
• arcato start (yearly): 990,00€ excl. tax per year, cancellable annually.

Both models offer full access to all platform functions. All prices shown are exclusive of the legally applicable sales tax.

3. Contract period and termination

With a monthly subscription, the contract is automatically extended by another month, unless cancelled beforehand. In the case of an annual subscription, the contract is automatically extended for another year, unless cancelled beforehand.

The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected. Our terms and conditions regulate more details.

4. Payment processing via Stripe

Payment is processed by our payment service provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland).

As part of payment processing, the following data is transmitted to Stripe:

• Name and address
• email address
• Account number or credit card details
• Invoice amount and currency
• transaction number

6. Invoicing

You will automatically receive an invoice via email at the start of each billing period. Invoices can also be viewed and downloaded at any time via your user account on arcato.

7. Payment delay

If a provider defaults on payment, the operator is entitled to restrict or suspend access to the provider functions until the outstanding amounts have been settled in full. Statutory default regulations remain unaffected.
